What is the SWF Swimarathon?

Welcome to the 2026 Swimarathon

The event brings together individual teams, normally up to 6 sponsored swimmers in each, to swim in relay for a total of 40 minutes and then together for 5 minutes of “mayhem”. The donations collected by team members are made available through the Rotary Club of South Woodham Ferrers Charitable Trust in support of good charities and worthy causes.

Teams taking part can also nominate 50% of the funds raised by them to go to their own nominated registered charity.

When and where is the SWF Swimarathon

 We will hold our Swimarathon event from 20th March until  22nd March 2026 at:-

How to enter and support us

We will formally launch the event later this year in good time to join us and to enter via our website. But, in the meantime, to indicate your interest, please follow the Team Entry link or the team entry page from the web page menu and follow instructions on that page. Some teams already have!

The Outcome

The aim is to hold the event so the community to have fun, be healthy, and benefit others less fortunate and to bring our great community together.
